Nick Bednarczyk talked about his vision to bring different service clubs, organizations and individuals together to serve through combining forces to improve our community; with the added purpose of gaining a better understanding and mutual respect for each other, while working together for a common cause.

 

The concept is to organize four quarterly large group service projects with 50 or more participants.  The first such project will be held January 21^st at Feed My Starving Children.  A sign-up sheet was passed around.  If you’d like to participate contact Nick.

 

Another event in March could be to pack Blessing Bags at the Emma B. Howe YMCA; and a project at Loaves and Fishes Garden in the spring.  A fall event might be a Habitat for Humanity building project.

 

 

 

 

 

 

No regular lunch meeting.  At 2:30pm our Club will gather to volunteer at Feed My Starving Children in Coon Rapids (401 93rd Ave NW).
